Psychotherapy

People often come to work with someone like me when the strategies that have helped them cope or survive throughout their lives are no longer working. Sometimes there is a clear goal or concern, and other times there is simply a sense that something hurts, feels stuck, or is creating distress or conflict, even if it’s difficult to name. From a parts-informed and trauma-informed perspective, I understand these experiences as meaningful responses to life rather than signs that something is necessarily “wrong.” Together, we take a compassionate and curious approach to understanding the different parts of you that have helped you navigate challenges, and how they may be asking for support or change now.

My goal is to offer a genuine, collaborative, and strengths-based space where safety, choice, and pacing are prioritized. Therapy may involve learning new skills, developing greater nervous-system awareness, and building clearer plans for the future, while also deepening self-understanding and self-compassion. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and gender identities (ages 4+), with a primary focus on trauma, grief, career–life balance and transitions, fertility and pre/postpartum struggles, aging and end-of-life concerns, and intrapersonal growth and insight.

I am currently accepting adult clients and offer a waitlist for clients aged 18 and under.

What to Expect in Therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and paced with care. We begin by getting to know what brings you in now, while also paying attention to what feels most important for you to feel safe, supported, and understood. You do not need to have clear answers or a defined goal to begin—part of the work is making space for what feels unclear, conflicted, or difficult to put into words.

Sessions often involve gently exploring different parts of your internal experience, especially those that may feel protective, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure. From a parts-informed and trauma-informed lens, these experiences are approached with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. Depending on your needs and preferences, therapy may include talk-based reflection, nervous system–informed practices, creative or art-based exploration, and skills to support regulation, boundaries, and decision-making. Throughout our work together, my aim is to support increased self-understanding, flexibility, and choice, while helping you move toward greater clarity, connection, and alignment with your values.

Art Therapy

Art therapy offers a gentle and flexible way to explore experiences that may be difficult to access or express through words alone. Creative expression can support communication between different aspects of our inner world, especially those that have learned to stay quiet, protected, or out of awareness. Artistic skill or experience is not required—art-making is used as a process for reflection, connection, and meaning-making rather than for producing a finished product.

In sessions, art may be used to support emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and deeper self-understanding. Creative materials can help slow the pace, externalize internal experiences, and offer choice and agency in how stories are explored. Art therapy can be integrated alongside talk therapy or used more centrally, depending on your needs and preferences. Throughout the process, my role is to offer a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where curiosity, compassion, and strengths are prioritized, and where creative exploration can support healing, insight, and forward movement.

Fees

I strive to be transparent about fees while holding care, respect, and accessibility at the center of my work. My rates reflect the time, training, and clinical responsibility involved in providing ethical, attuned psychotherapy, supervision, and consultation.
